In this episode of the Win Win Evangelism Podcast, Tina Waldrom speaks with Greg Stier, founder of Dare 2 Share Ministries, about how youth ministries can grow by multiplying gospel conversations. Greg shares his remarkable journey of faith, from growing up in a tough family to discovering the power of the gospel as a teenager, and how that experience fuels his passion to mobilise young people around the world. With decades of experience equipping leaders, Greg explains why evangelism must be central to discipleship and why teens are uniquely positioned to influence their peers for Christ.
Together, Tina and Greg explore how to move from a programme-driven youth ministry to one that is truly mission-driven. They discuss the importance of gospel urgency, fluency, and strategy, as well as practical tools like the “Ask, Admire, Admit” approach to sharing faith in everyday conversations. Listeners will be inspired by the vision of gospel-advancing ministries that multiply disciples and see young people grow spiritually as they boldly live and share the good news of Jesus.

Discussion Questions
1. Why is it important to reach teenagers with the gospel while they are young? Consider Greg’s point that 80% of people come to Christ before 18.
Read: “Remember your Creator in the days of your youth” (Ecclesiastes 12:1).
2. Jesus mobilised His mostly teenage disciples to share the gospel (Matthew 4:19; Luke 9–10). What can we learn from His model of moving from model → mobilise → multiply? How might this shape youth ministry today?
3. Greg talks about gospel urgency, fluency, and strategy. Which of these three do you most need to grow in, and how can you develop it?
Read: “Always be prepared to give an answer…with gentleness and respect” (1 Peter 3:15).
4. Why is “awkward awesome” when sharing faith? How does embracing awkward moments open doors for gospel conversations?
Read: Jesus’ conversation with the Samaritan woman (John 4:16–18).
5. What role should leaders play in modelling evangelism for young people?
Read: “Follow my example, as I follow the example of Christ” (1 Corinthians 11:1)?
6. Greg shared that students who share their faith grow spiritually faster. Why do you think evangelism accelerates discipleship?
Read: James 2:22 “You see that his faith and his actions were working together, and his faith was made complete by what he did.”
7. Fear of rejection is one of the biggest barriers for teens (and adults) in evangelism. How does the gospel give courage to overcome this fear?
Read: “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love and self-discipline” (2 Timothy 1:7).
